Stephen Scheeler is co-founder & CEO of revolutionary brain technology start-up, Omniscient A.I.

Omniscient are world leaders in using A.I. to decode the human brain, a field known as connectomics. Omniscient are backed by some of Australia’s most impactful investors, including Will Vicars, Gretel Packer & Gina Rinehart.

In just a few short years, Omniscient’s technology is already changing how science understands & treats the brain. The Company’s first product, QuicktomeTM, received US FDA clearance in 2021 and has been cleared for medical use in over a dozen countries around the world.

Stephen was the former Facebook CEO for ANZ, where he helped guide Facebook’s unprecedented rise from quirky Silicon Valley start-up to media and technology titan. 

Working with Mark Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg and Facebook’s Silicon Valley leaders, his tenure at Facebook saw the Australian and New Zealand business grow from a mere start-up into one of the most successful Facebook markets in the world. 

A native New Yorker & father of three, Stephen splits his time between Sydney & Northern California.
