Knowledge Media may collect your personal information

When you use the Website, Knowledge Media may collect personal information about you (your personal information), including mobile phone numbers, email addresses and other information, for example, information collected as part of the sign-up process for email updates or when registering for a event. Where reasonably possible, Private Wealth Network will only collect personal information from you. Knowledge Media may also collect personal information about you from a third party, such as another Knowledge Media member. If Private Wealth Network collects personal information from a third party, Knowledge Media will take reasonable steps to notify you.

You agree to indemnify, and hold harmless, Knowledge Media, our officers, employees and agents against all claims if your personal information is used in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy or by any third party to whom Knowledge Media provides your private information.

The principles in this Policy apply only to us. Knowing this information allows us to personalise our website to your specific preferences. You can contact Knowledge Media at any time about this even if you have been registered for some time and you had previously given us your consent.

Access to your personal information

Knowledge Media will provide you with access to the personal information Knowledge Media hold about you, but if this is not possible, Knowledge Media will tell you why. You can find out what information Knowledge Media have about you by contacting Knowledge Media on 02 95554203. Your request must be in writing and include proof of identity. Knowledge Media may impose a charge to cover our staff’s time in handling your request and for postage.

If you think that any personal information Knowledge Media holds about you is not accurate, complete and up-to-date, you may ask Knowledge Media to amend your details. Knowledge Media will take reasonable steps to amend your personal information as you direct, unless Knowledge Media reasonably considers that your information is already accurate, complete and up-to-date.
