Scott and Jocelyn O’Donnell (MNZM) are directors and owners of New Zealand’s largest transport company–HW Richardson Group (HWR). Although the business goes back six generations, HWR was founded in 1982 by Jocelyn’s father (the late Bill Richardson) after splitting the business. HWR has now grown into a billion-dollar conglomerate, employing 2,500 staff across 50companies in New Zealand and Australia.
