Executive Chair, Clevertar (AUS)
Mark is the Executive Chair of Adelaide-based software business, Clevertar, working with the board to provide strategic direction, governance and to support business execution. Mark has extensive experience as a leader across a range of industries including high-tech industrials, software retail, health and care. He has been responsible for fast growth start-ups and IPOs through to successful exits and presently holds directorships in technology, health and care enterprises. Previously, Mark held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at Shaw Group and Taste Master, respectively. Mark is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). He holds a Master of Business Administration from the International Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from the University of South Australia.
