Jane Douglas

Jane is Chair and Director of the Douglas Family Foundation. Established in 2019,the foundation supports early intervention initiatives in education, employment and mental health, with a vision for a society which is more inclusive. Prior to this role, Jane spent most of her career in the not-for-profit sector in both the UK and Australia, working as a coach, trainer and facilitator.
